Myth studios was born out of the love of studios that developed musical ideas, not just captured it. The freedom to take an idea, regardless of genre-relevancy or popularity and follow it based on emotional response, I think is the highest form of creativity. Original ideas and true creative expression, I believe, comes from borrowing, understanding, misunderstanding, failing, trying and whether or not the coffee this morning was strong enough. This same ethos is used for recording, mixing and mastering. Industry standards are met but ideas are followed.
